Shipping Refund & Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by Green Mist LLC. We do not accept returns that were not authorized by Green Mist LLC under and circumstances. Please contact us immediately by phone (803)-550-9968 or email Support@greenmistonline.com.
We accept returns on all UNUSED products, as long as they are still in their ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING. If product has been used even once, or the package has been opened, we cannot accept the return.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Items to be returned must be reported as soon as possible after delivery. We will need a photo of the unused item or the unopened box before we can authorize the return.
WE WILL NOT GENERATE PRE-PAID RETURN LABELS!
ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL!
After authorizing the return we will NOT refund, only exchange the product!
